Who owns my pet's data?+
You do. Export everything as structured JSON from Settings at any time, and request full deletion whenever you choose. PetPal never sells personal data.
Is PetPal a substitute for my veterinarian?+
No — and it never pretends to be. PetPal organizes records, surfaces patterns, and prepares you for visits. For diagnosis and treatment it always points you to a licensed veterinarian, and emergency-sounding questions get "call your vet" first.
How does the AI actually work?+
PetPal AI answers only from your pet's records in your household, shows which records it used, and says plainly when it doesn't have the answer. It cannot see other households' data and never invents dates, providers, or results.
What can a sitter see with a care card?+
Exactly what's on the card: feeding, medications, routines, and emergency contacts. Never your documents, expenses, or account. Links expire on the schedule you choose and can be revoked instantly.
What does free include?+
